Shoppers In England
Sould Be Charged For Plastic Bags.
I agree with the Deputy Prime Minister’s idea,
that shoppers in England will have to pay a 5 pound charge on every plastic bag
they use for shopping. The charge will
come into effect in autumn 2015. The
charge will only apply to supermarkets and other large stores, small corner
shops will be excluded.
I think this is a brilliant idea,
we are trying to change people’s behavior in reducing plastic shopping...
